Hungarian vocabulary: Eat and drink

How to speak about food and drinks: conjugate to eat (enni) and to drink (inni) in present tense!

inni (to drink)

Iszom egy pohár vizet. (I drink a glass of water.)
Iszol egy kis levest. (You drink some soup.)
Iszik kávét. (He drinks coffee.)
Iszunk gyümölcslét. (We drink fruit juice.)
Isztok alkoholt. (You drink alcohol.)
Isznak velem. (They drink with me.)

 

enni (to eat)

Eszem húset. (I eat meat.)
Eszel ebédre barátaival./Ebédel barátaival. (You eat lunch with your friends.)
Eszik a távon. (He eats on the go.)
Eszünk nyugszik. (We eat the rests.)
Esztek zöldséget. (You eat vegetables.)
Esznek valami finom az étteremben. (They eat something delicious at the restaurant.)
Ő vegetáriánus. (She is vegetarian.)
